Great Ideas Brant, I really hated that you left AW, but you have had a very successful life so far, and i hope it can continue, about AWTeen, I really think they should try this idea, everything else fails, mabye something new like this will work, it is coming from, imo, the best leader in AWTeen (and for some reason i thought you were caretaker much longer than that)

Hmm, one big problem I find with this system is in fact, like you stated, the elections for CT just being a giant popularity contest.
I fear for the day Jacob the M hero, or someone else who would neglect the world's needs (Running the global bots, deleting vandalism when needed, etc), or simply abuse power here and there is elected the sole CT of AWTeen
I agree with that statement. Also, I think that despite the measures such as the one you suggested that could be taken to prevent people from campaigning most of the time, people probably would still just get around those limits and campaign secretly.
I disagree. It's highly unlikely that someone who would destroy the world would be elected.
No matter who is chosen, the other side is always going to say it's the end of days. Think carefully - are you truly afraid that someone will actually cause chaos and destruction, or are you afraid that someone you don't like will be elected?
It's human nature to become defensive and say "of course it's the former I'm afraid of." But there has to be at least a little bit of the latter fear as well.
